I recently participated in a hackathon that focused on migrating an open source application to the Open Application Model (OAM) using the Napptive platform. My project was a python-flask taskmanagement app that I coded and deployed using Docker, Kubernetes, and OAM manifests (yaml files). The goal of the hackathon was to demonstrate how to take an existing application and convert it to the OAM format for deployment on the Napptive platform. Throughout the process, I learned how to create a Docker image, set up a Kubernetes cluster, and write OAM manifests to define the application components and their relationships. In the end, I successfully deployed my python-flask app on the Napptive platform using the OAM methodology. The link to the repo: https://github.com/MuhammadNoorani/flask-taskmanagement-app
